
This restaurant, located in San Sebastian's modern Palacio de Congresos, across from the Zurriola beach and the river Urumea, holds the honour of a Michelin star. Its varied and delicious cuisine bears the signature of renowned chef Martin Berasategui and focuses on updated Basque haute cuisine. It maintains the tradition of choosing high quality and flavourful ingredients to which new culinary techniques are applied. The fish dishes are particularly recommended.
