In summer, beware of prolonged exposure to the sun. High summer temperatures and winds can cause problems of dehydration. Don't forget sunglasses, sun hat, sunscreen and water.
Wear comfortable clothes and training shoes. Take a waterproof or other protection for the boat trip and in case of temperature changes.
