Prado Ancho Tower
A trail runs along the east bank of las Tablas to reach this tower, the highest point in the park. The Tower offers the best panoramic view of the area.
Pan Island
At 300 metres from the information centre you find this artificial and enclosed lagoon located on the island of the Murcianos. Here you can observe the anatidae which populate the park. The trail around the lagoon is two kilometres. The islands of la Entradilla, Descanso, Tarayes and el Pan are reached by wooden walkways. On Pan island there is a semi-enclosed verandah which offers a panoramic view of the park.
La Laguna Permanente Trail
This 1,500 metre trail follows the River Guadiana. Its main points of interest are the two observatory areas from which it is possible to view all the water wildlife.
