Roque de los Muchachos
A 38 kilometre winding road climbs to the Roque de los Muchachos. Along the route there are various viewing platforms which overlook the crater. At 2,420 metres, the Roque de los Muchachos is the highest point in the park. From the peak there is a view of the stunning scenery dominated by heart-stopping rocky abysses. The clear atmosphere makes this one of the finest points on the planet for astronomical observation.
